FAQ  – EXECUTIVE FAST TRACK PROGRAM

WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?

We work with Senior Managers, Directors, VPs and C-Suite leaders based in the United States, across all industries. Our program is applicable to multiple roles in a variety of industries.

Functions include general business roles including HR, Finance, Tech, Sales, Marketing, EHS, and Operations. You will stand out regardless of sector.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM?

We realize you are a busy executive and want to keep your time investment to a minimum, but you will also need to be involved somewhat, as we need to understand you and your brand.

For our program, each week you will spend 2 hours in a small group or 1:1 coaching session, and 30-60 minutes per day on a variety of items that range from assessments and exercises to reviewing our best practice guides.

The best practices that you learn from the program will help you to have a more efficient and effective job search!

HOW DOES THE RESUME PROCESS WORK?

The two module 1 sessions on clarity and branding will feed into the resume process, and then you will also have a 1:1 career overview session with a top-tier, U.S.-based certified resume writer.

A great resume can showcase your achievements and strengths, helping you command a better salary and land a new job faster.

Every resume we write is unique, original, and customized. We will add a splash of color to make your resume “pop” visually. All resumes are optimized to perform well with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Each resume will be written to tell your story in the most compelling manner possible. Before getting started, we will discuss the optimal strategy with you.

We will turn a resume draft around within 5–7 business days. We will go up to 3 rounds of revisions to produce a stellar document, although most of the time this is achieved this within 1–2 rounds of edits. If extensive edits, or a change in direction is requested after the first round, we reserve the right to bill at our current rate as needed.

We start with your current resume and one or two descriptions of your ideal job. If you don’t have a resume, we can get started without it. We may have you jot down some notes and figures ahead of time, but we don’t require anything too time-consuming. We won’t ask you to fill out lengthy questionnaires or 10-page forms, as we gather most of what we need from the telephone intake session.

You don’t have to write it yourself or even fill out worksheets with accomplishments. You have better things to do, and you hired us to write the resume, so we try to make this process easy for you.

WHAT IS THE LINKEDIN PROCESS?

We provide custom-written keyword-optimized LinkedIn profile content (including headline, about section, education, recommended skills,  custom banner, job overview, and other sections as needed) that ensures you get noticed by hiring managers and recruiters.

WHAT IF I DON'T LAND A JOB IN 90 DAYS? ARE THERE ANY GUARANTEES?

Our track record shows that many of our clients land their new dream jobs within 60 to 90 days from receipt of their resume, provided they follow the program and implement our recommendations.

Because much of the process is outside of our control, we don’t offer guarantees. However, we do equip you with stellar career documents and the most up-to-date training, which is why many of our clients land new jobs quickly.

The program includes 9, 1:1 coaching sessions (2 for the resume, 2 for job search strategy, 3 for interview coaching), plus 2 extra to use any way you would like to.  We also provide 6 months of email support, and small group office hours / check-in sessions.
